Paul Roberts OBE [He/him]

Paul Roberts OBE is the Chief Executive of LGBT+ Consortium, the umbrella body for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans+ Voluntary and Community Organisations, which has nearly 500 Member organisations.

He has worked in the LGBT+ voluntary sector for nearly 20 years, with a background in community development and change management. He has a passion for bringing communities together and given people the space to share their collective knowledge and expertise to help the diversity of the LGBT+ sector flourish and grow.
