Francesca’s role is to develop a collaborative environment across The EQ; coordinating our internal communications and events. Francesca is also responsible for the online presence of The EQ and growing our wider community.

Prior to joining The EQ, Francesca spent 10 years working in the charity sector, with experience across programme management, events and recruitment.

Francesca has a keen interest in psychology, completing a counselling qualification and outside of work enjoys outdoor sport, cooking and painting.
